Sacrament of Marriage
21/07/2010
NSCD students perform at Cartwright Hall to accompany an exhibition of artefacts representing a union of ideas, cultures and the body & mind.
The exhibition is now open and continues until 5 September 2010. Performances will take place Sunday 25 July, Wednesday 28 July, Friday 30 July at 1.30pm and 3.30pm. The students will perform an interactive site-specific work alongside narration by poet John Siddique. The choreography has been devised by NSCD graduates Leanne Pike and Silja Thomsen, who have worked with John Siddique and the exhibition curators, their collaboration itself celebrating the theme of marriages and alliances between people, cultures, art forms and the body & mind.
