Northern School of Contemporary Dance is a renowned specialist institution based in Leeds, renowned for its innovative undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Students come to us from all over the world and from all backgrounds to train in dance, and we equip them with the skills they need to become the dance artists, educators and leaders of the future.

As well as its high-quality education provision, the school has an ambitious Learning & Participation department reaching local people of all ages and abilities on a weekly basis, a public programme of performances at our venue- Riley Theatre, which seats 250 people, and an award-winning postgraduate dance company- VERVE, which each year tours the breadth of the UK and into Europe.

We are currently looking for an individual with demonstrable experience in digital media to help bring the work we do to life online. You’ll possess skills in capturing and editing video and be equipped to really maximise our digital presence; broadening our reach and helping to tell our stories in the most compelling and dynamic ways possible.

Joining a collaborative and creative Marketing team you’ll work to capture, edit and publish content across all areas of the organisation, so an ability to plan and manage a varied workload to meet multiple strict deadlines is essential.

You’ll be motivated, have an interest in the creative/performing arts, take the initiative and be able to work independently when required.
