JACK BUTLER

Dancer

Born in South-east London, Jack started dancing when his cousin, who worked at Greenwich Dance Agency, suggested he take some classes there. From there, his interest grew and he started to pursue dance in school. This led him to join the Laban Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) scheme. After three years there Jack got offered a place on the Foundation Course at Northern School of Contemporary Dance. After this year he moved to Dundee to train for another year at the Scottish School of Contemporary Dance. Jack then returned to NSCD to complete three years graduating with a 1st Class Honours Degree. During his training he has worked with Tamsin Fitzgerald, Avatâra Ayuso and Jamaal Burkmar.
