BA (Hons) Television and Video Production

Keisha is a Dance Practitioner and Television and Video Production graduate. She attended gymnastics and karate as a child and attended dance school participating in several dance styles, gaining qualifications in Freestyle and Modern Jazz.

Her work involves facilitating dance sessions for children, young people and adults with and without disabilities.

Keisha currently works in the Learning team at Northern Ballet as a Dance Education Officer. The role introduces audiences to ballet and inclusive movement through talks, workshops and classes. Keisha also works on a freelance basis for RJC Dance and Northern School of Contemporary Dance (NSCD), teaching across Saturday school.

In addition to teaching, she has danced alongside RJC and Phoenix Youth Dance companies at 1Xtra Live 2015 and took part in Sir Matthew Bourne’s Re:Bourne Overture cohort 2016/2017.
