MAGGIE VANNUCCI

Dancer

Originally from Chicago, Maggie began dancing at the young age of 3. Throughout her early training, she dabbled with various techniques gaining a particular passion for ballet and jazz. She later attended the prestigious Chicago Academy for the Arts where the dance department was led by Randy Duncan. Her training expanded through classes in Graham technique, performing full-length ballets and choreographing contemporary works in her final year to be performed at Chicago's Harris Theatre. After high school, Maggie made an exciting move overseas to train at London Contemporary Dance School where she earned a BA (Hons) in contemporary dance. Maggie developed a love for improvisational performance and floor work techniques, while also working with Dane Hurst, Lauren Potter, Rick Nodine, John Ross, Geir Hytten, and Chisato Ohno. She is ecstatic to be able to continue her European journey with VERVE.
