Tom O’Gorman was born and raised in South London, and found dance through his experience as a competitive fencer. He later attended Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, during which he worked with choreographers such as Christopher Bruce, Anthony Taylor and Darren Ellis.
During his second year, he had the opportunity to work alongside York Dance Project in their recreation of Sir Kenneth MacMillan’s ballet Playground, touring across England and performing at the Royal Opera House.
