Tuesday 6.30pm – 8.00pm
For those with previous dance experience who want a challenge. This fast-paced course explores a range of physical techniques and movement concepts, developing movement memory, coordination, strength, fitness, and flexibility. The class is the next step up from our Improver’s level class.
