Beginners Contemporary Technique

Wednesday 6.30–8 pm or Thursday 6.30 – 8pm (New)
Termly: Full Price £55.00 / Concession £50.00

This class is for those who want to learn contemporary dance technique for the first time or revisit previous knowledge at an inclusive pace. Class tutors offer step by step guidance on a range of movements which help to improve postural alignment, flexibility and strength.

Open to adults of all ages and ability, this class will boost your confidence, increase fitness and is a great way to have fun and meet new people.

All our weekly evening classes and Saturday school classes are currently on hold until at least the end of May 2020. We will review this following the most up-to-date government advice.
