This class is for those who want to learn contemporary dance techniques for the first time or revisit previous knowledge at an inclusive pace. Class tutors offer step-by-step guidance on a range of movements to help improve postural alignment, flexibility, and strength.
Open to adults of all ages and abilities, this class will boost your confidence, increase fitness, and is a great way to have fun and meet new people.
Due to high demand, we now offer Adult Beginners Contemporary Technique Classes on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Participants should sign up for one of the two evenings for a termly programme of classes.

Class 2: Thursday 19 January – Thursday 30 March 2023* (10-week term)
