Join Northern Rascals for an exclusive workshop to explore the method behind the making of their new dance theatre show, SUNNY SIDE, that looks at the modern young adult experience. Set in a small English Everytown; a self-proclaimed ‘rain-soaked paradise’ in God’s Own Country, the work considers how our mental health is affected when we come of age in a turbulent world.. 

As a participant, you will experience the method behind the creation, learn repertoire from the show and discover techniques to devise your own autobiographical dance theatre work of societal impact. The workshop will be led in a relaxed environment with opportunities to play, laugh and feel supported in every moment. 

This workshop is aimed at professional dancers, and dancers in training/vocation pathways. 

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring a water bottle.
