Edan grew up in Bedford, where he began his dance training at Hot House Dance on their satellite CAT programme. He later continued his studies at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, graduating with First-Class Honours in 2022. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to work with various artists and companies including: Amaury Lebrun, Thick&Tight, Ed Mitchell, Arts Co-lab, Northern Film School and E33 Dance Company.
Edan co-founded a queer-led arts collective, Escape Projects, and has been able to develop and showcase new work as performance and film. His movement and choreographic practice use both curiosity and introspection as a foundation to delve further into various areas of research.
