Originally from Asiago, Italy, Glenda began dancing at her local dance school at the age of 6. She started her professional training at Galleria Spazio Danza directed by Stefania Pigato, where she studied contemporary and ballet, also attending the Royal Academy of Dance examinations. She joined the program Academy 3.6.0 where she studied with Fabrizio Monteverde, Michele Merola, Rosanna Broccanello, Loris Petrillo, Maria Pia di Mauro. She performed works by Stefania Pigato, Loris Petrillo, Angelo Monaco e Arturo Cannistrà (Aterballetto).

Glenda has always been interested in studying other styles of dance, training for six years in hip-hop and two of years in Latin American dances, attending various competitions. In 2015, Glenda moved to the UK to study contemporary dance at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance where she graduated in 2018 with First Class Honours. During this time she performed pieces by Mattias Ekholm, Suzie Davis, Gavin Coward, Tamsin Fitzgerald and Jamaal Burkmar.
