Tamsin completed her undergraduate studies at NSCD in 1998. Upon graduating Tamsin decided she wanted to take the dance world home with her, and in 1999 she founded 2FacedDance Company in her remote home town of Hereford. The company produces highly acclaimed innovative performances as well as providing education and participation programmes. In 2004 Tamsin formed 2Faced Youth Dance Company who successfully toured throughout Europe for five years, including performances at various arts centres and celebrity events including the MTV awards.
Since founding 2FacedDance Tamsin has choreographed five major works for the company and has choreographed commissions for NSCD, The Place and at various locations for the Centres for Advanced Training in Dance. She has worked for the likes of BalletBoyz, Australian Dance Theatre and in 2008 she choreographed a piece with Hofesh Shechter for “Watch This Space” at Birmingham International Film Festival, a piece which resulted in her becoming an Associate Artist at DanceXchange in Birmingham.
