Quality Code

The NSCD Quality Code sets out how Northern School of Contemporary Dance secures the academic standards and quality of its higher education provision. As a provider with degree awarding powers authorised by the Office for Students, NSCD is responsible for the standards of every award made in its name, whether delivered at NSCD or with a partner provider. The Quality Code brings together the regulations, policies and frameworks that govern how our programmes are designed and approved, how students are assessed and supported, how quality is monitored and reviewed, and how independent external scrutiny is secured. It is organised into eight annexes, A to H, listed below. All annexes apply to NSCD provision and, where indicated, to provision delivered with our collaborative partners.
