These classes run for 10 weeks with no classes the week of half term – Tuesday 17 February 2026 

Advance your contemporary dance technique with this challenging and fun class.

These classes are designed and appropriate for adults who:

• Have previous/ existing contemporary dance experience/ technical training at an advanced/ pro level
• Completed a full year of our Intermediate Contemporary Dance Technique Classes
• Feel confident in their Contemporary Dance Techniques and are prepared for a fast-paced, challenging class

These fast-paced classes aim to challenge and advance your technique, through a range of contemporary techniques. Continue to develop and advanced your skills as a contemporary dancer through weekly classes featuring centre work, floor work, across-the-floor/ travelling movement & learning of technical phrases which develop across the weeks.

Our Advanced Contemporary Technique Classes are a fun, supportive environment, whereby you continue to challenge yourselves technically and explore new movement methodologies, whether you are in dance training, recently graduated, or are a professional or an advanced contemporary mover.

Advancements and modifications will be provided where needed, to support individual learning experiences.
