These classes run for 9 weeks with no classes the week of half term – Wednesday 29th & Thursday 30th May 2024 

Wednesday classes are led by Mason Jubb & Thursday classes are led by Charlotte Arnold.

Participants should book on to either the Wednesday or the Thursday course.

These classes involve a range of contemporary dance techniques to develop skills such as movement memory, co-ordination, strength, stamina, alignment and flexibility at an accommodating pace.

These classes aim to build a foundation in contemporary dance technique through weekly reinforcement of technical movement concepts, consistency of learnt movement phrases and advancements/ modifications provided where needed, to support individual learning experiences. Whilst, encouraging participants to have fun and explore movement.

These classes are designed and appropriate for adults who are new to contemporary dance/ dance technique, or whom wish to reinforce existing technique/ return to a basic foundational training at a supportive and inclusive pace.
