adult advanced contemporary technique

These classes run for 9 weeks with no classes the week of half term – Tuesday 28th May 2024

Led by Louisa Keohane, these classes involve a range of contemporary dance techniques to develop skills such as movement memory, co-ordination, strength, stamina, alignment and flexibility. These classes are fast-paced and involve challenging and technically advanced movement concepts and phrases.

These classes are designed and appropriate for adults who have previous/ existing dance experience and an advanced understanding of contemporary dance techniques. Advancements and modifications will be provided where needed, to support individual learning experiences.
