Access

A number of ebooks have been purchased by NSCD Library for student & staff use. These are provided via two platforms, Taylor & Francis ebooks & VLeBooks, we also provide links to a range of open access ebooks available on the web…

Onsite…

If you are using an NSCD computer, you can view ebooks directly by clicking on the book title links below or on the library catalogue. If you are prompted for a log in, select the ‘OpenAthens login’ option for Taylor & Francis & VLeBooks, select ‘Northern School of Contemporary Dance’ from the dropdown & then enter the relevant log-on credentials (your school login details).

OpenAthens | log into OpenAthens & select Taylor & Francis or VLeBooks ebooks from the resource list
Taylor & Francis ebooks | click on the ‘login’ icon, select ‘with shibboleth or openathens’, select ‘Northern School of Contemporary Dance’ from the drop down, then enter your OpenAthens username/password
VLeBooks | select ‘OpenAthens’ button, select ‘Northern School of Contemporary Dance’ from the drop down, then enter your OpenAthens username/password

Your OpenAthens log in username/password are the same as the account you use to access your school email.
