Roles and Responsibilities:
Philippa is the Access and Admissions Manager and plays a strategic management role in ensuring NSCD delivers an inclusive, transparent, and effective student recruitment, access and admissions function. Philippa oversees all aspects of access and outreach activity, admissions processes, and applicant experience, from first contact through to enrolment.
Prior to working at NSCD, Philippa worked at Northern Ballet as a Dance Education Officer, leading inclusive community projects with children, young people and adults all over the UK, primarily to participants belonging to under-represented groups.
Philippa also has 5 years’ experience leading the arts provision at an inner-city youth club, working with communities from an area of deprivation.
