Tiia Ourila-Thorpe

Tiia creates a welcoming atmosphere for dancers to be curious and playful in their movements. The classes explore movement possibilities in all planes and levels, finding efficient pathways and patterns to help achieve sense of ease in moving. The movement material employs the dancer to discover their movement potential and further develop their articulacy and expression. The dancer is encouraged to move with a clear intension from a place of connection and awareness. The class is a space for dancers to connect and dance together and they are invited to find joy and inspiration in dancing together.

Lewys Holt

Lewys’ class will guide participants through an assemblage of focuses and instructions such as ‘move your hands and feet towards and away from your centre’. These instructions taken on their own, may appear simple but when combined, layered on top of one another, perhaps in tension or contrast to one another, create a web of elements, forces and directions within and without the body which often result in complex full-bodied dancing. Lewys will then encourage ways of noticing and enjoying the ways that your dances always already intersect with the dances of the others in the room, asking participants to indulge in these crossings and coincidences to form explosive and tender improvised group dances.

Keira Martin

Embodied Technique & Cross-Cultural Practice
Start your day with an energizing, full-spectrum physical practice. Keira’s class offers a dynamic integration of contemporary technique, somatic awareness, and rhythmically driven movement rooted in her cross-cultural Irish dance lineage. Expect a grounded, whole-body warm-up that activates core strength, articulates the spine, and builds toward expansive, rhythmically complex phrases.

This class blends release-based technique with percussive footwork, spatial clarity, and dynamic transitions—designed to refine physical precision, enhance musicality, and cultivate embodied presence. Keira’s approach supports dancers in arriving fully in their bodies, ready for rehearsal, performance, or creative work.
